The terms for using Everything Due

Who we are

Everything Due is run by Nodogames LLC. For questions, requests or complaints, email hello@everythingdue.com. By using the site you agree to these terms.

An early beta

Everything Due is free during the beta, and spots are limited. It is early software: features may change, break or stop working. We may end the beta or remove access.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old. The beta is for current college students, starting with BMCC. One account per person.

Your accounts on other platforms

• You connect your own accounts by signing in yourself, on each platform's own sign-in page.
• You let Everything Due keep the signed-in session and check your coursework for you on a schedule.
• Only connect accounts that are yours.
• You are responsible for your use of those accounts, and for following those platforms' terms and your school's policies.
• You can disconnect any platform at any time on Sources.

Dates can be wrong

We read dates from pages and emails automatically, sometimes with AI, and we can miss or misread something. Always check the platform and your professor's instructions. We are not responsible for missed deadlines, late penalties or grades.

Use it fairly

Don't use someone else's account or email. Don't try to break or overload the site, or get around its limits. Don't resell or copy the service.

Not affiliated

Everything Due is an independent project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by CUNY, BMCC, D2L (Brightspace), Cengage (WebAssign), MyOpenMath or Microsoft. Their names are used only to say which platforms it works with.

No warranty; limits of liability

Everything Due is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Nodogames LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or $50.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and, for important changes, email you.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
